How it works
Three steps.
- 1
Add a custom connector
In Claude, under Customize and then Connectors, add a custom connector with the address from the MCP page.
- 2
Allow it in TimeLoop
Claude opens TimeLoop in your browser. You see what it asks for and say yes, to reading only or to changing as well.
- 3
Plan together
“Look at my week and tell me where it is too full.” “Find three evenings for the gym.” Claude reads, proposes, and changes what you agree to.

Connect your assistant
One address, and a yes in your browser. The address, the steps for ChatGPT, Claude and Claude Code, and every tool by name are on the page about TimeLoop’s MCP server.
In detail
What it does for you.
The week as it is
Seven days with events, free time and goals, planned and done told apart.
Fixed stays fixed
Each event says whether its time is fixed or was chosen by TimeLoop. Only the second kind is ever moved for you.
With your people
Claude can ask when everyone in one of your circles is free, and propose a time when you say so.
Reading or changing
Tools that read and tools that change are separate, so Claude can ask you before the ones that change.
What Claude can do
Read your day, your week, one event, your tasks, your goals and your circles. Find where something of a given length fits. With your permission: add events, tasks and goals, move and rename events, give a task a time, mark things done, rearrange a late day, propose a time to a circle and answer one.
Nothing saved that you have not seen
When TimeLoop’s planner places something, Claude gets a preview and nothing is saved. Only after you agree does a second call keep exactly that plan. If your plan changed in between, the server refuses and Claude previews again.
In Claude Code and other clients
The same address works as a remote MCP server in Claude Code and in other MCP clients that sign in with OAuth. Signing in opens TimeLoop in your browser, as in Claude.
What it needs
A TimeLoop account, and a Claude that lets you add a custom connector. Whether yours does is Anthropic’s to say. TimeLoop is not in Claude’s own directory of connectors at the time of writing.
Free or Pro
Connecting is free, and so are the tools that read and the tools that change things one at a time. The tool that hands a whole sentence to TimeLoop’s own reader is part of TimeLoop Pro.
Questions
Asked before you asked.
Does Claude have a TimeLoop connector?
You add TimeLoop to Claude yourself, as a custom connector with one address. It is not in Claude’s own directory at the time of writing.
Can Claude move my events?
Events of your own and things TimeLoop placed, yes, if you allowed changes. Events that came from a calendar or were shared by someone else are changed where they live.
Does Claude see my whole calendar?
It sees your TimeLoop plan: your events, tasks, goals and circles. Nothing about how you sign in or pay.
Can I let Claude read without changing anything?
Yes. Untick “Change” when you connect it.
How do I disconnect Claude?
In TimeLoop on the web, under Settings, Assistants. It stops working at once.
