Alternatives

Tiimo alternatives, and who each one is for

Tiimo is built by and for neurodivergent people, and it shows. If it fits you, stay. If you need a planner that does something else, these four are worth a look.

Why people look for one

Tiimo’s own pages say where its edges are. The free version is on the iPhone and Android apps only, with limited AI and one profile; the web planner needs Pro. The free trial comes with the yearly plan, not the monthly one. iCloud calendars cannot be imported on Android yet, and Outlook comes in only through Google.

None of that is a fault, and if none of it gets in your way you may not need an alternative at all. The last part of this page says when to stay.

4 to look at

Each one, in its own terms.

1

TimeLoop

The day planned from a sentence ours

Who places the tasks
A scheduler, around your fixed events and the way to them; you confirm. Planning from a sentence is Pro, by hand is free
Calendars
Reads the calendars on your phone and Google Calendar as fixed events, and writes your plan into its own “TimeLoop” calendar; free
With other people
Circles joined by a link, a shared list in each, finding a time everyone is free
Where it runs
iPhone and Android phones (coming soon to both stores). No iPad, Mac, watch or web app
Free and paid
A free version; Pro monthly or yearly. On the App Store the yearly plan starts with a free week

Pick it if you would rather say what needs doing than arrange blocks, you want the way there counted in and the plan moved when you run late, or you plan with other people.

2

Structured

A visual timeline you arrange

Who places the tasks
You do, on a drag-and-drop timeline. With Pro, Structured AI drafts tasks from text, voice or a photo
Calendars
Imports your calendars one way, with Pro
With other people
Not available yet, says its help centre
Where it runs
iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Android and the web
Free and paid
A free version with a Pomodoro focus timer and widgets; Pro monthly, yearly or as a one-time purchase

Pick it if you like arranging your day by hand on a polished timeline, you want it on a Mac or a watch as well, or you prefer to pay once.

3

TickTick

A task list with calendar views

Who places the tasks
You do. Voice capture turns what you say into tasks with their dates
Calendars
Calendar views from a day to a year, and it subscribes to your calendars
With other people
Shared lists, with tasks assigned to people
Where it runs
Phone, computer, tablet and watch
Free and paid
A free version with nine lists; Premium adds more calendar views and task duration

Pick it if you want a deep task manager with a Pomodoro timer and a habit tracker on every device you own, and you are happy to decide the times yourself.

4

FlowSavvy

A calendar that schedules your tasks

Who places the tasks
It does: tasks are auto-scheduled by deadline and rescheduled when plans change. Events are never moved
Calendars
Two-way sync with Google, Outlook.com and iCloud calendars; writing its tasks out to them is part of Pro
With other people
Made for individuals, in its own words
Where it runs
The web, iPhone and Android
Free and paid
A free plan that schedules two weeks ahead; Pro, with a 7-day trial, schedules eight

Pick it if you want your task list scheduled for you on a computer as well as a phone, with Outlook.com in the mix, and a free plan that already does the scheduling.

Or stay

When Tiimo is still the best choice

You want a planner made by and for neurodivergent people: a visual timer that keeps the current step in front of you, tasks broken down with time estimates, streaks and mood tracking, on your phone, your watch and the web. It was Apple’s iPhone App of the Year in 2025.

As of October 2026. What is said about each planner comes from its own website, help centre or store listing; if it has changed since, their pages are right. They belong to their makers and have nothing to do with TimeLoop. The order is ours: TimeLoop first because this is its website, the rest by how close they are to Tiimo.

TimeLoop

Your day.
Planned for you.

You say what has to happen. TimeLoop keeps the fixed things where they are and finds a time for the rest.

TimeLoop

Where TimeLoop differs.

The times are found for you

With Pro you say what has to happen and a scheduler places it around your fixed events. You confirm; you do not arrange.

A late day is planned again

Tap how late you are and the rest of today is placed again, with before and after side by side.

Other people are in it

Circles are joined by a link, show when everyone is free and carry a shared list.

Questions

Asked before you asked.

Which Tiimo alternatives have a free version?

All four on this page, by their own pages: TimeLoop, Structured, TickTick and FlowSavvy. What each free version holds differs, and each card above says what.

Which one places tasks for you?

TimeLoop and FlowSavvy. In Structured and TickTick you choose the times yourself; Structured’s AI can draft the tasks with Pro.

Which can I share with family?

TimeLoop has circles with a shared list, joined by a link. TickTick has shared lists. Structured’s help centre says collaborating is not available yet. Tiimo itself offers up to five profiles under one account.

Which are on Android?

All four, and Tiimo itself.

Is TimeLoop built for ADHD the way Tiimo is?

No. TimeLoop was built by someone with ADHD symptoms for his own days and is meant for everyone. It is a planner, not a treatment, and it has no focus timer, streaks or mood tracking.

Where do these facts come from?

From each planner’s own website, help centre or store listing, read in October 2026. If something has changed since, their pages are right and this one is out of date.

Your day, figured out.

Say what you need to do. See your life fall into place.
