Voice planner

A voice planner that plans, not just listens

Opening an app, filling in a form and choosing a time is the part people skip. Say the sentence instead, and see the day it makes before anything is saved.

How it works

Three steps.

  1. 1

    Tap and speak

Dictate into the same field you would type in. Several things in one breath are fine: “Team meeting at ten, lunch at noon, gym in the evening, doctor Thursday at 14:40.”

  2. 2

    Read it back

TimeLoop shows what it understood: which things are events, which are tasks, which are goals. Correct it there if it misheard.

  3. 3

    Build the day

One tap and the pieces are placed around your fixed events. Nothing is saved until you have seen the plan.

✕Add manually

Doctor Thursday afternoon, gym
three times, six hours of study
before Friday.

In detail

What it does for you.

It plans what it hears

A dictation app gives you text. TimeLoop gives each thing you said a place in the day, around what cannot move.

No time said, none invented

“Doctor on Wednesday” without an hour waits on your task list until you give it one.

Or type it

The same field takes typing, in any language. Voice and text end up in one conversation with your plan.

It answers on screen

What it understood and what it changed are shown, not spoken, so you can check them at a glance.

Which languages you can speak

Speaking works in the languages your phone takes dictation in: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and about thirty more. Slovenian is not among them yet, so it is typed. Typing works in any language.

The app itself is in English and Slovenian.

Where your voice goes

Dictation uses your phone’s own speech recognition and TimeLoop receives the text. Depending on the phone and the language, Apple or Google may process the audio on their servers. The text is then read by a language model, which picks out the events, tasks and goals. The privacy page says exactly what is sent and what is kept.

Without opening the app

On iPhone, “Add to TimeLoop” is available to Siri, Spotlight, the Shortcuts app and the Action Button. With Pro the sentence is planned; without it, the sentence becomes one task.

Free or Pro

Planning from what you say or type is part of TimeLoop Pro. Adding and changing things by hand is free, and so is everything you have already planned.

Questions

Asked before you asked.

What can I say?

Whatever is ahead of you, the way you would tell a person: appointments with their times, things to do without one, and goals such as “gym three times this week” or “six hours of study before Friday”.

Which languages can I speak?

The languages your phone takes dictation in: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and about thirty more. Slovenian is typed. Typing works in any language.

What if I give no time?

Then none is invented. The thing waits on your task list until you pick a time or ask TimeLoop to find one.

Is planning by voice free?

Planning from what you say or type is part of TimeLoop Pro. Adding things by hand is free.

Can Siri add things to TimeLoop?

On iPhone, yes: “Add to TimeLoop” works from Siri, Spotlight and the Shortcuts app without opening the app. With Pro the sentence is planned; without it, it becomes one task.

Your day, figured out.

Say what you need to do. See your life fall into place.
