TimeLoop fits if
Your days are shaped by appointments in other places and by other people, and you want the way there counted in, a plan that moves when you are late, and a way to see when everyone is free.
Tiimo fits if
You want a planner designed by and for neurodivergent people, with a visual focus timer, steps broken down for you, mood tracking, and an app on your watch and on the web.
TimeLoop
Your day.
Planned for you.
You say what has to happen. TimeLoop keeps the fixed things where they are and finds a time for the rest.
Good morning, Emma! You have 8 things planned today, including 2 fixed — Team Meeting at 10:30 and Doctor at 14:40. Next: Deep Work at 08:00. Leave by 14:10. Your day is 56% full.

Only in TimeLoop
What TimeLoop adds.
Planned around fixed events
TimeLoop reads your calendar, treats what is in it as fixed and fits the rest into the room that is left.
The way and the weather
With Pro: when to leave from where you are, and the forecast at the place, on every event that has one.
A late day, planned again
Tap how late you are and see the rest of the day before and after.
The difference that matters most
Tiimo helps you carry out the plan: it turns a thought into steps, estimates how long each takes and keeps you on the one you are at. TimeLoop makes the plan around your calendar: it takes everything on your plate and works out when each thing can really happen, given the meetings, the trips and the hours of the day.
If staying on a task is the hard part, Tiimo’s timer and step-by-step plans are made for that, and TimeLoop has nothing like them. If deciding when is the hard part, that is what TimeLoop does.
Questions
Asked before you asked.
Is TimeLoop built for ADHD the way Tiimo is?
No. Tiimo says it was built by and for neurodivergent people. TimeLoop was built by someone with ADHD symptoms for his own days and is meant for everyone. It is a planner, not a treatment.
Does TimeLoop have a focus timer?
Not one you start. It has a screen for the block that is running, with the minutes left, also on the Lock Screen of an iPhone. It has no Pomodoro timer, streaks or mood tracking.
Does TimeLoop run on a watch or on the web?
No. TimeLoop is for iPhone and Android phones. Tiimo also runs on iPad, Apple Watch and the web.
Where do the facts about Tiimo come from?
From Tiimo’s own website and App Store listing, read in October 2026. If something has changed since, their pages are right and this one is out of date.
