How it works
Three steps.
- 1
Make a circle
Send one link and they are in. No codes to type, no upload of your contacts.
- 2
See the free hours
Each person’s busy time is laid side by side, and the hours free for everyone stand out.
- 3
Propose a time
Everyone answers yes, maybe or no.

Why it works
What is different here.
Busy, not exposed
Others see when you are busy. Titles follow your sharing choices, and an event you mark private is only ever shown as busy.
A list for everyone
The shopping, the trip, the move: anyone in the circle adds a line, anyone ticks it off.
Pickups stay fixed
“Pick up Lina at half past three” is a fixed event. The rest of your day is placed around it.
Guests without the app
Once you are signed in, you can invite someone to one event by e-mail. They answer from a web page, with no account.
Why not just share a calendar
Sharing a whole calendar shows the others more than they need, and it only helps if each person enters everything, every day. When one falls behind, nobody trusts it any more.
A circle asks for less. Each of you keeps planning the way you already do, with your own calendar connected. The circle only needs to know when you are busy.
What it costs a family
Joining any circle you are invited to is free, and so are shared lists and one circle of your own. TimeLoop Pro lifts the limit on circles of your own, and adds planning from a sentence and the way to each pickup.
Questions
Asked before you asked.
How does the family join?
With one link. They open it and they are in the circle. There are no codes to type and your contacts are not uploaded.
What do the others see of my day?
When you are busy. You decide per category whether shared events show their titles or just “Busy”, and private events always show as busy.
Does each person need to pay?
No. Joining a circle is free, and everyone has one circle of their own for free.
Do iPhone and Android work together?
Yes. A circle does not care which phone each person has.
