How it works
Three steps.
- 1
Make a circle of two
Send one link. They open it and they are in: no codes to type, and your contacts are not uploaded.
- 2
See when you are both free
Your busy hours lie side by side, and the hours free for both of you stand out.
- 3
Propose and answer
Dinner on Thursday at half past seven? Yes, maybe or no, with one tap.

LKMHEOutlined: the same event for both. Shown once, even under two names.

Why it works
What is different here.
One event, shown once
Something you are both going to sits in both your calendars. In the circle it is shown as one event for the two of you, even if you each named it differently.
Busy, not exposed
The other sees when you are busy. You decide per category whether titles are shown, and a private event is only ever “Busy”.
One list between you
The shopping, the trip, the move. Either of you adds a line, either ticks it off, and each line shows who did.
Each keeps their own calendar
One of you on Apple Calendar and the other on Google Calendar is fine. Each plan reads its own.
Why not one shared calendar
A shared calendar works while both of you put everything into it. The dentist goes in; the gym, the late meeting and the call with your mother usually do not, and then the calendar says you are free when you are not.
A circle starts from the other end. Each of you plans your own day the way you already do, with your own calendar connected, and the circle reads when each of you is busy.
What it is not
TimeLoop is a planner for two people’s time and one list. It has no chat, no photo album and no anniversary countdown. If those are what you are after, an app made for couples will suit you more.
What it costs two people
For this, nothing. One circle of your own is free and so is joining one, with its shared list. TimeLoop Pro adds planning from a sentence and the measured way to each place, for whichever of you wants it; the other does not need it.
Questions
Asked before you asked.
How do we connect?
One of you makes a circle and sends its link. The other opens it and is in. There are no codes to type and no contacts are uploaded.
What does my partner see of my day?
When you are busy. You decide per category whether shared events show their titles or just “Busy”, and private events always show as busy.
What if the same event is in both our calendars?
It is shown once, as an event for both of you. Fixed events that start and end at about the same time are matched, even when they are named differently.
Does it work with one iPhone and one Android phone?
Yes. A circle does not care which phone each of you has.
Do we both have to pay?
No. A circle of two and its shared list are free for both of you.
