Shared lists

A list you share with one link

The shopping, the trip, the move. Make a circle, send one link, and everyone in it can add a line and tick one off.

How it works

Three steps.

  1. 1

    Make a circle

Family, flat, trip. A circle is the people a list belongs to, and one circle of your own is free.

  2. 2

    Send the link

They open it and they are in. There are no codes to type, and your contacts are not uploaded.

  3. 3

    Add and tick

Anyone adds a line, anyone ticks it off. Each line shows who added it and who did it.

In detail

What it does for you.

The others hear about it

When someone adds to the list or ticks something off, the rest of the circle is told. A whole shopping list written in one go makes one notification, not one for every line.

You see who did what

Every line carries the name of whoever added it, and of whoever ticked it off.

Or just say it

“Add milk to the family list.” “I bought the eggs.” With Pro, the chat finds the right list and the right line.

More than a list

The same circle shows when everyone is free, and anyone can propose a time for the thing the list is for.

Your tasks and shared lists

Your own tasks are yours: things that need doing but no hour yet, with a checklist or a reminder if you want one. A shared list belongs to a circle. Both sit on the Tasks tab, so there is one place to look.

What it costs

Shared lists are free. So is one circle of your own and joining any circle you are invited to, which means two people can share a list without either paying. TimeLoop Pro lifts the limit on circles of your own.

Questions

Asked before you asked.

How do I share a list?

Make a circle and send its link. Whoever opens the link is in the circle and sees its list. There are no codes to type and your contacts are not uploaded.

Who sees what?

Everyone in the circle sees the circle’s list, with who added each line and who ticked it off. Your own tasks stay yours.

Are the others told when something is done?

Yes. Adding a line or ticking one off tells the rest of the circle, once for a burst of changes.

How many shared lists are free?

Each circle has a list. One circle of your own is free, and so is every circle you join.

Do iPhone and Android work together?

Yes. A circle does not care which phone each person has.

Your day, figured out.

Say what you need to do. See your life fall into place.
