Structured fits if

You want to lay out your day by hand on a clean timeline, on every Apple device as well as Android and the web, and you would rather pay once than subscribe.

Tiimo fits if

You want help carrying a plan out: tasks broken into steps, a visual timer, streaks and mood tracking, in a planner built by and for neurodivergent people.

TimeLoop fits if

You do not want to place things at all. You say what has to happen and a scheduler fits it around your fixed events and the way to them, and moves it when you run late.

TimeLoop

Your day.
Planned for you.

You say what has to happen. TimeLoop keeps the fixed things where they are and finds a time for the rest.

Only in TimeLoop

What TimeLoop adds.

It decides when

In Structured and Tiimo you put each task on the timeline, with AI to help. In TimeLoop the times are worked out for you and you confirm them.

It counts the way

With Pro, the trip to an event is measured from where you are and blocked in the day, with a time to leave.

It finds a common time

Circles show when everyone is free, and anyone can propose a time. A shared list comes with each.

Structured or Tiimo?

They look alike and are built for different moments. Structured is strongest before the day starts: you drag tasks onto a timeline, pull in your calendar with Pro, and see the whole day as blocks. It runs on the most devices of the three, Mac included, and offers a one-time purchase.

Tiimo is strongest during the day: its co-planner breaks a task into steps with time estimates, its timer keeps the step in front of you, and it tracks streaks and mood. Its free version is in the iPhone and Android apps; the web planner comes with Pro.

If your question is “which of the two”, that is the choice: a timeline you arrange, or help staying on it.

Where TimeLoop is a different thing

TimeLoop is not a third timeline to arrange. You tell it what has to happen, it reads your calendar for what cannot move, and a scheduler gives everything else a time. It is newer and smaller than both: phones only, two app languages, no focus timer. Pick it for the planning, not for the tools around it.

Questions

Asked before you asked.

What is the main difference between Structured and Tiimo?

Structured is a visual timeline you arrange yourself, with a Pomodoro timer and AI that drafts tasks with Pro. Tiimo adds an AI co-planner that breaks tasks into steps, a focus timer, streaks and mood tracking, and says it is built by and for neurodivergent people.

Which one is free?

Both have a free version. Structured’s includes the timeline, inbox, focus timer and widgets; calendar import and AI need Pro. Tiimo’s is on iPhone and Android only, with limited AI; its web planner needs Pro.

Which one imports my calendar?

Both. Structured imports calendars one way, with Pro. Tiimo imports Google Calendar on iPhone, Android and the web, and iCloud calendars on iPhone and the web.

Which runs on a Mac?

Structured has a Mac app. Tiimo has a web planner, with Pro. TimeLoop runs on phones only.

Can I share my plan with someone?

Structured’s help centre says collaborating is not available yet. Tiimo offers up to five profiles under one account, shared with family. TimeLoop has circles: people join by a link and see when everyone is free.

Where do these facts come from?

From each planner’s own website, help centre and App Store listing, read in October 2026. If something has changed since, their pages are right and this one is out of date.

Your day, figured out.

Say what you need to do. See your life fall into place.
