AI planner

An AI planner that places your day

Planning a day is a lot of small decisions: when, for how long, and what moves when something runs over. TimeLoop’s AI reads what you say, and the times are worked out for you, in the open.

How it works

Three steps.

  1. 1
    Say or type it

One sentence, the way you would tell a person: “dentist Thursday at three, gym twice this week, call the bank”. With TimeLoop Pro.

  2. 2
    See it placed

The AI reads what you said. A scheduler gives each thing a time around your fixed events and the way to them, and shows you the day before anything is kept.

  3. 3
Change it when the day changes

With Pro, say “move the gym to the evening”. Or tap how late you are, for free, and the rest is placed again.

Add manually

Doctor on Thursday, gym three times, six hours of study before Friday.

Why it works

What is different here.

It reads, it does not invent

It picks out what you have to do, for how long and by when. A thing you gave no time gets none made up: it waits on your task list.

Times from rules you can check

Your fixed events, the way to each place, your working hours and the buffers you chose decide where things go.

Nothing kept without you

You see the day before and after, and confirm it. Undo is offered right after.

What to do before it

For an event, with Pro, it can suggest what needs doing first, such as forms to bring. You tap the ones you need.

What the AI does, and what it does not

A language model reads what you say or type and turns it into things to plan: a title, a length, a day, and whether it is fixed. It does not choose the hours. A scheduler does, by rules: around what is fixed, with the way there counted, and in the part of the day you prefer for demanding things when there is room.

It does not break a task into small steps, it does not coach you, and it has no focus timer and no streaks. It asks how you feel once a day, only to see whether today is too full, and keeps no mood journal.

What it is not

TimeLoop is not a medical tool. It does not treat, manage or improve anything, and nothing on this page is advice about ADHD. It is a day planner, and whether it suits the way you plan is for you to judge.

Free or Pro

Planning from a sentence, changing the plan by saying so and suggestions for an event are part of TimeLoop Pro. Adding things by hand, tasks, calendar sync, one goal and replanning with a tap are free.

Questions

Asked before you asked.

Can an AI planner plan my day?

TimeLoop’s can place it: you say what has to happen, and each thing gets a time around what is fixed. You see the day first and keep it only if it works for you.

Does the AI make up times?

No. A thing without a time stays on your task list until you give it one, or ask for it to be placed. The hours come from a scheduler, not from the language model.

Is there a free AI planner?

TimeLoop is free to use by hand: tasks, calendar sync, one goal and replanning with a tap. Planning from a sentence is part of TimeLoop Pro.

Can an app replace treatment?

No. TimeLoop is a day planner, not a medical tool, and nothing on this page is advice about ADHD.
