Three steps.
- 1Classes in, fixed
From the calendar on your phone or from Google Calendar, or added by hand. They do not move.
- 2Hours by a date
Six hours of study before Friday: fill it in, or with TimeLoop Pro say it in one sentence.
- 3Sessions on real days
The hours are split into sessions on the days that have room, before the deadline. If they do not fit, you are told how many do.

What is different here.
Honest about what fits
Six hours asked for and four free before Friday: you are told so, with the hours that are free, and you choose what gives.
When a class runs over
Tap how late you are. What can move is placed again, and the classes stay where they are.
Group work with one link
A circle for the project shows when everyone is free, and anyone in it can propose a time.
Things to hand in
Tasks without an hour wait on a list with a checkbox until you give them a time. Nothing gets a made-up one.
What it is not
TimeLoop is not a timetable app or a homework tracker. It does not import a school schedule file, keeps no grades and has no Pomodoro timer. It works with the calendar your classes are already in.
TimeLoop is not a medical tool. It does not treat, manage or improve anything, and nothing on this page is advice about ADHD.
What a student pays
One goal at a time is free, and so are tasks, shared lists, week and month, replanning with a tap and calendar sync. More than one goal, and planning from a sentence, are part of TimeLoop Pro.
Asked before you asked.
Which planner app suits a student with ADHD?
The one you will open. Some people want a timer, some a paper planner, some a plan made for them. TimeLoop is the last kind: classes fixed, study hours placed before the deadline, and a day that moves when it slips.
Can it plan study hours for an exam?
Yes. Give the hours and the date, and they are split into sessions on the days before it that have room. If they do not fit, you see how many do.
Does it import my timetable?
No. Connect the calendar your classes are in, or add them by hand as fixed events.
Is there a free student planner?
Yes. TimeLoop’s tasks, calendar sync, one goal and replanning with a tap are free. More goals and planning from a sentence are part of TimeLoop Pro.
Writing “study for the exam” on a list does not make the hours appear. Tell TimeLoop how many you need and by when, and it puts them between your classes.
Read GoalsGoals and habitsA habit tracker counts what you did. TimeLoop does the step before that: it finds when this week the thing can actually happen, and puts it there.
Read GuidePlan your day with ADHDA plan that is perfect at eight and broken by ten is not much use. Here is a way to plan a day that expects to slip: fewer things, real time for each, and a rule for when it does.
