In the app
- On iPhone or Android. Open TimeLoop, go to Profile and choose Delete account & data at the bottom, then confirm.
- On a Mac. Open TimeLoop’s Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account & data at the bottom, then confirm.
- In a browser. Sign in at app.trytimeloop.com, open Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account & data at the bottom.
What is deleted
Everything your account holds: your events, tasks, goals and plans, the sentences you typed or said and what was read from them, your rhythm, your focus sessions, your profile picture, your connected calendars and Todoist, the assistants you connected, and your sign-ins on every device. Each calendar service you connected is asked to forget TimeLoop’s access.
A circle you made passes to its next member; if nobody else is in it, it is deleted with its picture. Events already written into your own calendars and tasks in Todoist are yours and stay there.
When
At once, when you confirm. It cannot be undone. A purchase of TimeLoop Pro in the App Store or Google Play is not ended by deleting the account: cancel the subscription in your store account as well.
Without signing in
If you used TimeLoop without signing in, your account belongs to that phone. Removing the app does not delete it: delete the account in the app first.
If you cannot sign in
If you cannot sign in any more, or the app is already gone, write to [email protected] from the e-mail address of your account, or tell us how you signed in, and we will delete the account and confirm when it is done.
The privacy page says what TimeLoop keeps while you use it.
