Three steps.
- 1Set the lesson
One link with one length: 60 minutes for a lesson, 90 in exam weeks. Offer certain hours only, such as 14:00 to 20:00.
- 2Send it to parents
In a class chat or a message. A parent picks a time on their phone, gives a name and an e-mail address, and needs no account.
- 3Accept what fits
Each request waits for you. Accepted, it is a fixed lesson in your day, and the parent gets an invitation by e-mail.

What is different here.
Your own studies stay yours
If you study as well as teach, your lectures and study blocks are in the plan, and the link offers only what is left.
Time to get there
A lesson at a family’s home has a place. With Pro, TimeLoop measures the way and keeps it free before the lesson.
Another time in one tap
Thursday does not suit you? Offer one of your own free times of the same length, and the parent takes it or not.
Nothing of your week on show
Parents see free times, not your classes or your other pupils.
A week of a tutor who studies
Say you study maths and tutor four pupils. Lectures fill your mornings until 13:00, you go to the gym on Tuesday and Thursday at 18:00, and Friday afternoon is planned for your own assignment. Your link offers the next 7 days, from 14:00 to 20:00, in lessons of 60 minutes.
A parent who opens it on Monday sees Tuesday from 14:00 but nothing that would run into the gym at 18:00, Wednesday open all afternoon, and Friday without the hours your assignment holds. When one parent asks for Wednesday at 16:00, that hour is held for you, and the next parent does not see it.
What it does not do
It takes no payments and sends no invoices, so fees are settled the way you settle them now. There is one link with one length at a time: a 45-minute trial lesson and a 90-minute exam session mean changing the length in between. A tutoring school with several tutors needs a scheduling tool made for teams.
Free or Pro
The booking link is free, and so are the timeline, tasks and calendar sync. Planning from a sentence, such as revise statistics 6 hours before Friday, and the measured way to a pupil’s home are part of TimeLoop Pro.
Asked before you asked.
Do parents need an account to book a lesson?
No. They open your link, pick a free time and give a name and an e-mail address.
Can I offer lessons only in the afternoon?
Yes. Under the link’s hours, choose certain hours, such as 14:00 to 20:00, instead of the whole day.
Will a lesson clash with my own classes?
No. The link offers only time that is free in your plan, and your classes, calendar events and planned study are not free time.
Can I take payment for lessons?
Not in TimeLoop. It has no payments; settle fees the way you do now.

Read For studentsStudentsWriting study for the exam on a list does not make the hours appear. Tell TimeLoop how many you need and by when, and it puts them between your classes.
