Three steps.
- 1Plan the work first
Say it with Pro, such as the logo for Ana, 6 hours before Friday, or add it by hand. The hours are placed in your week.
- 2Then share the link
Choose certain hours, such as 13:00 to 17:00, so calls land in the afternoon, and send the link to clients.
- 3Calls go in when you say
Accept a request and it becomes a fixed event in time that was free, so nothing else has to move.

What is different here.
Deadlines first
Work with a deadline gets its hours before the day it is due, and those hours are not offered to anyone.
Calls in the hours you choose
Certain hours keep your mornings for focus. The whole day offers everything between getting up and bedtime.
Your other calendars count
Events in Google Calendar or Outlook are read as fixed, so a call never lands on top of one.
A no you do not have to write
Decline sends a short, kind note for you.
A week with a deadline
On Monday you have a logo due on Friday, about six hours of work, and two client calls already in Google Calendar. TimeLoop places the six hours on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Your link, set to this week from 13:00 to 17:00 in calls of 30 minutes, offers the afternoons around the two calls.
A client asks for Wednesday at 14:00. You accept, the call is in your day, and the client has an invitation. The logo hours did not move, because the link never offered them.
What it does not do
It sends no invoices, takes no payments and does not count billable hours. There is one link a person, with no team page. If your calls are sales calls for a team, a scheduling tool made for teams is the right kind.
Free or Pro
The booking link, calendar sync and planning by hand are free. Planning from a sentence, changing the plan by saying so and more than one goal are part of TimeLoop Pro.
Asked before you asked.
Is there a free booking link for freelancers?
Yes. TimeLoop’s booking link is free: clients pick one of your free times without an account, and you accept, decline or offer another time.
Can clients book over my focus time?
No. Work planned in your day is not free time, so the link does not offer it.
Does it work with Google Calendar?
Yes. Google Calendar and Outlook events are read as fixed, so the link does not offer those times, and an accepted call goes to Google Calendar when it is connected.
Can I put it in my e-mail signature?
Yes. It is a plain address, trytimeloop.com/@yourname, that works in any e-mail, message or bio.
Share trytimeloop.com/@yourname in a message or in your bio. People pick one of your free times without an account, and you decide which requests go into your day.
Read Auto-schedulingAuto-schedulingMost apps that schedule tasks for you are made for work calendars. TimeLoop does it for one person’s whole day, on a phone, and shows the plan before anything is saved.
Read Calendar syncTwo-way calendar syncMany planners import your calendar and stop there. TimeLoop reads your events, plans around them and writes the plan back, so it shows up wherever your calendar already does.
