Three steps.
- 1One link, one session length
60 minutes for a session, or 30 for a check-in. Choose the hours you coach, such as 06:00 to 21:00.
- 2Clients ask
They open the link on their phone and pick a time. No app and no account for them.
- 3You keep the say
Accept, decline with a kind note, or offer another time. Accepted, the session is a fixed event and the client gets an invitation.
Asked through your link
Thursday 12 November
Ana is in your day and gets an invitation.
What is different here.
Your own training first
Make it a goal, such as gym 4 times this week, and it gets real slots before anyone books them.
The drive is not free time
The way to a session already in your plan is blocked like the session itself, so the link does not offer it.
When a session runs over
Replan the rest of the day with a tap; fixed sessions stay where they are, and the rest moves.
Regulars without waiting
Clients who use TimeLoop and are in one of your circles can get their time at once, if you switch that on.
A trainer’s Monday
Clients at 06:30 and 07:30 at the studio, your own training at 11:00, and from 16:00 three sessions at a second gym across town, 25 minutes away. Your link offers the next 7 days, 06:00 to 21:00, in sessions of 60 minutes.
On Monday a new client sees the morning between 08:30 and 11:00, the early afternoon, and then nothing until 19:00: from 15:35 you are on the way to the second gym, and that drive is in your plan like the sessions are.
What it does not do
It takes no payments and sells no packages of sessions, keeps no client records and has no group classes with places to fill. It is one person’s planner with a booking link, not software to run a gym.
Free or Pro
The booking link, replanning with a tap and one goal are free. The measured way between gyms, planning from a sentence and more goals are part of TimeLoop Pro. Without Pro you add the minutes of a drive yourself, and they are kept free the same way.
Asked before you asked.
Is there a free booking app for personal trainers?
TimeLoop’s booking link is free: clients book without an account, and you accept or decline each request. It is a planner with a booking link, not gym software, so it takes no payments.
Can I keep my own training free from bookings?
Yes. Put it in your plan, as an event or as a goal, and the link does not offer that time.
Do clients need the app?
No. The link opens in any browser on a phone or a computer.
Can I take payment or sell packages?
No. TimeLoop has no payments. Keep what you use for that now.
Share trytimeloop.com/@yourname in a message or in your bio. People pick one of your free times without an account, and you decide which requests go into your day.
Read GoalsGoals and habitsA habit tracker counts what you did. TimeLoop does the step before that: it finds when this week the thing can actually happen, and puts it there.
