Common questions

Nothing happens when I speak. Allow the microphone and speech recognition in Settings › TimeLoop. In languages without on-device recognition (for example Slovenian) the app records and transcribes when you finish — you’ll see a note under “I’m listening…”.

My plan isn’t in my calendar. Open Profile › Calendars & sync and tap “Sync now”; make sure calendar access is allowed. The plan is written into a calendar named “TimeLoop”.

A goal says it won’t fit. Tap it to see how many hours are available per day; adjust the goal or free some time.

I want my data gone. Profile › Delete account & data removes everything immediately.
